Good strong game, lots of new blood, good performances by young locals Carl and Eric and by new Kiwi Kevin. Hats off to Evans for putting up a Man Of The Match performance and scoring 3 tries. The old blood slowly getting back in shape. Broken finger alert for our new Cappie, hopefully nothing serious, let's get fit and do it again on Feb 9. In the meantime, fitness run Mondays @ 8 at the Polo Club, training @ Nomads Weds @ 7:30pm. Go Nomads!

Nomads vs. Eagles, the first of many this season...
The mighty Nomads take on the Eagles tonight @ 6:15pm in Merville. Both sides will want to make a statement in this first encounter of the season. Last season saw the Eagles dominate their nemesis rather consistently and Nomads have pledged to regain their 'Best in the Country' trademark early this year. Let's wish the boys all the best and see you at the club.

All Blogged Up!
Here it is, the new, improved, practical site that we need... Very 2.0, very blog, very fresh... www.nomadsrugby.com
Use it! Great to check latest group posts, to post and comment on stuff, plenty under construction, esp. gallery, but this should improve, erratically and sometime... See you all at training on Wed @ 7pm sharp.
